1. What data we collect
When you submit the assessment form, we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, country, sector, a description of your project/technology and indicative budget. We do not ask for special categories of personal data.
2. Why we use it and legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and assess your EU funding fit — based on your consent and on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- To communicate with you about a possible engagement.
3. Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies needed for it to function. If you switch language, an optional Google Translate cookie may be set to remember your choice. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
4. Sharing and processors
Form submissions are handled by our website host (Netlify) acting as a processor. We do not sell your data. We may share data with professional advisers or partners strictly where needed to deliver a service you request, under appropriate confidentiality. Some processors may operate outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@rxcapital.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
