The EU funds research, innovation and market-entry projects through non-dilutive grant programmes. RX Capital helps U.S. and international companies find the right EU funding route, build the European consortium, and — where needed — set up the EU entity that makes the funding possible. From first assessment to compliant delivery.
RX Capital helps U.S. technology, research and innovation companies access EU non-dilutive funding, build European partnerships and create a compliant project route into the EU market.
US and other non-EU firms generally cannot receive EU funding directly — the legal route is an EU entity and/or an EU consortium. Building that route, compliantly and end to end, is exactly what we do.
You bring the technology. We build the European funding path.
1) EU R&I grants (Horizon Europe / EIC). Competitive, often consortium-based; research actions can be funded up to 100% of eligible costs. Non-EU entities usually participate self-funded unless via an EU entity.
2) EU cohesion / regional investment aid (e.g. Slovakia). Can co-finance up to ~85% of eligible project costs, location-dependent.
We map which route fits — and where a firm isn't directly eligible, we set up the EU entity and consortium that is.
Every year the EU distributes tens of billions of euros for innovation, research and growth — non-dilutive, no equity. Yet most companies never reach it. The programmes are complex, the applications demanding, the partners hard to find.
That is the gap we close. RX Capital builds and manages the funding process — from first assessment to application, consortium coordination and compliant project delivery. We don't just write a document and walk away; we map the route, build the consortium, prepare a competitive application, and support the project through to delivery.
We work the way the best partners do: with discretion, responsibility and a single focus — turning a fundable idea into a structured European project.

WPTECHLINE is a decarbonisation R&D project — upcycling mixed municipal waste polymers into a lightweight construction material — developed with the Technical University of Košice (TUKE) and the Slovak University of Technology (STU).
Our founder helped structure and write the project. It passed the EIC Accelerator short-proposal stage with a ‘GO’ — recommended for full proposal.
EIC Step-1 ‘GO’ means recommended for full proposal, not an approved grant. Final funding depends on the full evaluation and programme conditions.
Real projects our founder has prepared and coordinated across R&D, innovation, social infrastructure and regional development.

I spent years inside EU funding — and kept seeing the same thing: brilliant companies walking away from non-dilutive funding they were genuinely eligible for, simply because the path looked too complex.
That's why I started RX Capital. Not a consultant who writes a document and disappears — but a partner who owns the path from idea to funded project, and opens the door for companies ready to walk through it.
